The Director of Human Resources must be clever, exciting and tactical. Regular responsibilities will involve training managers to build a supreme culture where people authentically enjoy coming to work. Must utilize imaginative organizational strategy, talent expansion, workforce development, succession planning, rewards, mentorship, leadership development, and performance management.

Job Description

Provide HR direction to staff including talent supervision, employee expansion, performance management, change management and organizational development.

Implement consistency across Harmony in the way talent and performance is measured and value created from these procedures

Achieve the effective and constant application of HR initiatives

Collaborate with leaders to create harmonious, optimistic, and safe work environment

Examine data related to talent policies to monitor improvement and efficiencies throughout the organization

Qualifications

Demonstrated experience and success in serving business partners and colleagues

Comfortable distributing feedback and constant coaching, including performance reviews

Passion for Employee Relations and generally dealing with people

Able to navigate through vagueness; flexible and adjustable to change

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field

5+ years’ experience in Human Resources

Masters in Human Resources preferred
