Job Descriptions:

Employ sales strategy for inbound care center providing excellent customer service and care for each and every customer. Prove feedback to managers and other team members as to the advancement and improvements in the overall process, considering business goals and performance metrics. Implement revenue increasing sales strategies to achieve goals.

Fashion leading sales team by exploring and staying up to date on industry trends; gauges needs for team growth to achieve business goals and partners to implement plans for training.

Pioneer continuous enhancement of business procedures to cultivate sales and progress operations by recognizing inefficiency and possible advances in customer care methods.

Collaborate cross functionally with operations, marketing, retail and internal customer care team to drive corporate strategy and meet customer care goals.

Drives the execution of multiple sales projects by recognizing customer and operational needs, arranges resources to meet plan, measures progress and adjusts accordingly.

Encourages team to meet and exceed performance and development goals.

Qualifications:

5 years of experience in a customer experience position

5 years’ experience responding to customer requests in the customer service industry
