Job Description:

  • Precisely enter customer data on all phone, email, and chat orders.
  • Establish drive & passion while managing customer questions and inquiries.
  • Build assurance in possible customers with a welcoming phone existence & strong product familiarity.
  • Appear at periodic training & coaching meetings to keep abreast of featured products and developments.
  • Engage customers in friendly conversation related increasing sales and retaining lifelong customers.
  • Provide excellent customer support while driving sales effectively.


  • Must be very comfortable utilizing the internet and corresponding via email and chat functions
  • Expert level experience with MS Office Suite; especially Word and Excel.
  • 5-year customer service experience in an online retail store preferred.
  • Be motivated to meet customer needs, multitask, be optimistic, animated and personable.
