Job Description

Develop collections, pricing, merchandising, marketing, advertising, accounting & product tactics to bring grow market share for Harmony Home Goods

Motivate team of Harmony specialists to execute strategies

Own vendor relationships & intentionally encourages vendors to produce unique assortments, while delivering the best-in-market pricing and experience for both vendors and Harmony

Collaborate with marketing team to build traffic driving ads and banners across websites, and other media for diverse customer profiles

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in business, retail or related field

10 years of proven experience in merchandise, ecommerce buying and product selection

10 years managing an ecommerce business, with specific experience related to marketing and site optimization, preferred

Result driven, team motivated and solve problems in exciting and innovative ways

Must have excellent negotiation and relationship skills both internally and externally

Passion for data and have a strong systematic nature bent with an aptitude toward utilizing data and metrics to back up assumptions and endorsements
